Outside and remote sales position
Training and supplies will be provided
Communicate with customers to identify needs using our specialized selling process
Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
Present NATiVE Solar’s product information, pricing, best-in-the-industry performance guarantee and complete solar system maintenance plan
Answer inbound sales calls from your personalized marketing materials
Meet monthly sales quotas
Attend sales and product knowledge meetings
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
Ability to use a smartphone and tablet
Personally driven and self motivated
Motivation to be successful
Amazing customer service skills
Be able to create and maintain customer relationships
Strong follow up is required
2 years of residential solar sales experience or equivalent experience in the renewable energy industry (we do have positions available for candidates with no experience)
Maintain professional business attire and appearance
Self-starter mindset and ability to be a great team player
