Successful Projects = Deep Partner Engagements
Partner-Focus
We’re laser-focused on nurturing strong partnerships grounded in trust, clear communication, and a shared commitment to delighting the Principal/Owner on every shared project. The team here at NATiVE honors the crafts of design and construction. And of effective project collaboration. We see the crucial importance of partnering early and aligning often along-side builders, architects, and all related trades throughout the project timeline. This alignment is prioritized beginning at initial site planning, through structural design and permitting, prewiring, and construction…all the way through to inspection and commissioning. Our service commitment continues indefinitely after commissioning.
Domain Expertise
After nearly two decades as green constructors and solar practitioners in the great state of Texas, we have seen demonstrated uncountable times how proactive planning and alignment with project stakeholders unlocks additional Owner/Principal value on solar-equipped projects. This is a natural outcome of more effective exploration of the design and technology options available which aids in timeline/staging alignment, enhanced risk mitigation (reconstruction/rework), and often, more-elegantly designed and finished human spaces.
Trust
Trust is fundamental to our approach. We believe in forthright, transparent and ethical motivations as the pillar upon which all our interactions must rest. From our initial discussions to project completion, you can expect honesty and integrity every step of the way. Our commitment to partnering for excellence and overall project success has established us as a respected leader in solar consulting, design-engineering, and construction – and we greatly value the trust we’ve cultivated with our partners and stakeholders over the years.
We’re Builders too…
NATiVE began as a net zero home builder offering sustainable designs and construction of homes. With limited solar contractors, NATiVE Solar was established to provide a quality solution for impact-driven homeowners.
Founded in the Texas Hill Country in 2007 under the name Hill Country EcoBuilders (HCEB), the mission at the time was to build affordable zero-energy custom green homes, complete with rainwater harvesting and solar power (some even with wind power).
With the knowledge gained from building market leading, net zero energy homes with renewable energy systems, HCEB spun off Hill Country EcoPower in 2009, to focus solely on renewable energy system integrations.
