You Win the Roofing Bid
When you’re awarded a job and discover there’s a solar system on the roof, contact your dedicated NATiVE Solar partner line. We’ll need the address, system size if known, and your target start date.
You Schedule the Solar Detatch
Our PM will coordinate directly with your project/crew lead (and perhaps the homeowner as needed) to schedule the careful but swift panel removal phase based on your team’s roof repair work timeline, and priority scheduling on our side. We document the system condition -pre-removal photos, connection records- useful for insurance claims and project coordination for overall project success.
You Finish the Roof — We Come Back
Once your roofing work is complete, we’ll coordinate with you and the homeowner to schedule a return to reinstall *and expertly recommission* the solar system. Post-installation documentation is provided. Your customer is whole. Your job is closed. Risks have been mitigated for the long-term.
NATiVE’s partner-contractors receive priority scheduling. Our goal is to have NATiVE technicians dispatched within 5 business days of your request. During active storm seasons, we prioritize partner jobs.
