Music Lab has been providing professional musical equipment and services in Austin, the Live Music Capital of the World, since 1992. In 2015, Music Lab decided to slash their operating costs and reduce their carbon footprint by adding solar to both their Austin locations.

The Music Lab St Elmo location has a roof mounted 166.32kW solar PV system that utilizes 528 SolarTec 315W solar modules and 4 CPS 36k inverters. The system produces nearly 230,000kWh a year, saving over a half million dollars on electric bills in its 25 year warranty period.
