
Position Title: Project Manager
Job Details: The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all the administrative details of multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule jobs
- Review plan sets
- Order material and track costs
- Identify change orders
- Assess job sites and perform quality checks
- Create and maintain reports
- Maintain safety protocols on job sites
- Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Detail oriented and shows pride in work
- Technical troubleshooting capability
- Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal and drug screen
- OSHA 10 Certification
- TECL License
- Verifiable references
- US Citizenship or Work PermitUS Citizenship or Work Permit
Physical Demands:
