14. SMS/MMS Program (Podium)

Program Description. By providing your mobile number and opting in (via our website forms, Podium webchat, or by texting a keyword to our textable number), you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from NATiVE Solar regarding your referrals, service updates, and promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (generally recurring; up to 4 messages/month for marketing). Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out/Help. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance or contact marketing@nativesolar.com. We may use automated technology to send messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent Records. We maintain consent and opt-out records (timestamp, source, and consent language) in our messaging platform (Podium) to comply with applicable laws (e.g., TCPA/CTIA guidelines).

How to Opt In. You may opt in via our website referral/lead forms, Podium Sign-Up Page, Podium webchat, or by texting an advertised keyword to our textable number(s).

Numbers. Our textable numbers include (512) 402-7821 and other numbers listed on our site. Messages may originate from different numbers associated with NATiVE Solar.
