Position Title:Site Supervisor

Job Details:The Site Supervisor is responsible for effectively managing multiple crews on large commercial and/or residential job sites. They directly communicate job and performance status to Operations Management.

Responsibilities:

Manage crews and equipment
Review plan sets
Order material and track costs
Identify change orders
Assess jobs and job sites and perform quality checks
Create and maintain reports
Maintain safety protocols on job sites

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Strong work ethic and leadership skills
Excellent customer service skills required
Detail oriented and shows pride in work
Technical troubleshooting capability
Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record
High School diploma or GED required
Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal and drug screen
OSHA 10 Certification
TDLR Electrical License
Verifiable references
US Citizenship or Work Permit
