Position Title: Journeyman Electrician
Job Details: The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for overseeing and performing any electrical work required for an installation.
Responsibilities:
- Review plan sets and create material list
- Confirm electrical calculations
- Layout and assemble electrical service wall and conduit/wire runs
- Assemble racking, modules and electrical equipment
- Electrically wire solar array/system (AC & DC)
- Install jobs within a specified timeframe and document completion of installation
- Ensure the quality, timeliness, documentation, and safety of each installation
- Additional duties required as needed
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Strong work ethicDetail oriented and shows pride in work
- Technical troubleshooting capability
- Must have valid driver license and reliable transportation with a clean driving record
- High School diploma or GED required
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal and drug screen
- OSHA 10 Certification
- TDLR Journeyman Electrician License
- Verifiable references
- US Citizenship or Work Permit
Physical Demands:
- Lift heavy objects
- Climb ladders and stairs
- Work at heights
