Position Title: Crew Lead

Job Details: The Crew Lead  is responsible for leading and the installation crew through completion of commercial and/or residential jobs in a safe and timely manner. 

Responsibilities:

• Review plan sets and check material lists
• Layout and assemble solar modules, array and mounting hardware
• Wire solar array/system (AC & DC)
• Install jobs within a specified timeframe
• Clean up of job site
• Additional duties required as needed

Applicant Requirements:

• Strong work ethic
• Detail oriented and show pride in work 
• Valid driver license, reliable transportation, clean driving record
• Pass a pre-employment screen
• OSHA 10 Certification
• TDLR Electrical Apprentice license
• Verifiable references
• US Citizenship or Work Permit

Physical Demands:

• Lift heavy objects
• Climb ladders and stairs
• Work at heights
